The conference will take place both online (on Zoom) and  in-person at LaBRI (amphitheater), on the University of Bordeaux campus of Talence, France.

Zoom links and materials for online participation will be sent by e-mail to all the participants.

⚠️ Sanitary situation in France for in-person participation

In the current situation, in-person participation requires the presentation of the EU health (or sanitary) pass, or, if you are not from EU, proving either a fully vaccinated status or a recent negative Covid test.
Wearing a mask is mandatory indoor, including the speakers.

How to come to the LaBRI

The conference will be held in the main Amphitheater of the LaBRI,  a computer science laboratory of the University of Bordeaux, CNRS, and Bordeaux INP (engineering school).

Public transportation

By plane

The airport is “Bordeaux Mérignac” (BOD). There are regular shuttles to the Bordeaux city center, from where you can connect to the tram B.

By train

The train station is “Bordeaux Saint-Jean”. There you can take the bus 10 towards Gradignan Beausoleil until the stop “Peixotto” (approx 20min), or take the tram C or D until the stop “Quinconces” and connect to the tram B direction “Pessac Centre” or “Alouette” and stop at “Forum” (approx 40min).

By car

You can park for free just in front of the LaBRI building.
